Good Charlotte - Good morning revival

After hearing a couple of the more ‘poppy’ songs from the new Good Charlotte album on their myspace page I was persuaded by Tesco (who I am now avoiding), to buy it and after the disappointing ‘Chronicles of life and death’ a few years ago I was very surprised. I expected, as with Chronicles there to be a few songs that gripped me and a lot of crap, however the whole album is pretty good. It contains a selection of pop-punk music more similar in style to their amazing previous album ‘The Young and the Hopeless’ but with a darker, more serious touch, unlike Chronicles it doesn’t seem to be one big experiment but one well produced, good album.
Worth a purchase!
